  I clearly explained to the tech Dan that I was not ready to sign up for another yearly contract at this time, We discussed all the options for yearly contracts including discounts for paying for 6 years. I again said no I was not ready to sign up for another yearly maintenance. He had me sigh 2 things on his phone and I get an email with a bill for yearly maintenance renewal! PRETTY SHADY – They just lost me as a customer!
